Mechirat Chametz — Since it is prohibited to possess chametz on Pesach, any chametz that will not be eaten or burned before Pesach should be sold to a non-Jew. Authorise Rabbi Chaim to act as your agent to sell your chametz before Pesach and buy it back after Pesach, in accordance with Jewish law. There is no charge for this service.
